When he talks, his voice drips with venom, low and dangerous.]

Raidou's theory is being proven right - Hiyori got sucked into a rift as well. I'm going in after her, damn the consequences.

"Damn the consequences" is the last thing we need right now. People are working on solutions, and while they're not fast enough for any of our tastes, progress is being made. If you jump in there, that's one less body to help with rescue efforts.

It's easy to blame yourself. But this is something bigger and more powerful than all of us. Which is why, together, we're going to get them back.

It's not just about becoming a burden, it's also about making the best and most rational decision for the sake of those we want to save, based on what information we have. If we knew things were stable or safe on the other side, we'd all be heading right through the next one that opened up.
