First I'd have to fight you into submission! Once I had you restrained, I'd administer a general anesthetic. While it was taking effect, I'd make several shallow incisions in your skin, just enough to make it sting and not sever the fascia.

Then, once you were fully numbed, I'd make a midline incision so I could look at your organs!

Well, if it wasn't someone I knew well, I think I'd just sew them back up at that point.

Cracking the ribs is a bit extreme given how long it takes to heal, and besides I don't think I could touch the organs of someone I wasn't devoted to, you know? It's too intimate for a casual encounter.
