Not yet on the first part. Though I think there's an office room we can commandeer for a studio!

Haha, that's alright. We've got plenty of time. And I'm sure we can always rope in more people to help if we need it. People are always more willing to help if it's for a good cause.

But, studio. Got it. What kind of theme were you thinking of for the calendar? That'll dictate the kind of furniture and props we need.

True! Got a whole month to work on it. I heard there's somebody who's good with photography, too, so maybe we can enlist their help as well.

I was being a bit ambitious and thinking seasonal for each month, or just something that expresses everyone's personalities. I'm not too picky since it's for charity.

Really? Who's that? I can help reach out to them. I'm pretty used to doing stuff like that.

Got it. I'll see if she's interested in helping out, or at least giving us some tips if she can't make it.

Letting everyone's natural personalities shine is a great idea. Though it might be difficult to get enough props for that...unless you already know what everyone's like?

Great! I'll leave it in your hands, then~ Hopefully she'll at least be able to advise us.

...no, I don't. Not everybody, anyway. Maybe we could ask people to bring props and things they think express themselves? That would lighten our workload and be more fun!

Oooh, that's a good idea. Helps lighten our budget too. Hmm, maybe once we've got all our volunteers, we can send out another update on where to meet and what to bring?

We should ask them what they like to eat too! I can make sure to have the right kind of snacks set out for everyone. Something like this is gonna take awhile, after all.

Yeah, gotta take money into account, too, otherwise we might end up spending more than we make! That sounds like a good plan though.

Oh yeah, that's a fair point, too! Can't have anybody coming over all faint on us due to a blood sugar crash or hunger. Not very sexy on camera.

Right? It's important to take care of yourself, and that means both proper rest and proper nutrition.

You better be getting enough rest in between planning all this, you hear?

Hehe, yessir. I got injured during last mission, so I'm definitely going easy this month.

Injured? Yeah, you should definitely take it easy then. Leave it to me, I'll make sure everything's taken care of.

It sounded like a lot happened before I got here.

It did though. First a city got ravaged cuz we screwed up, then a third of our number were kidnapped and almost sacrificed...

Kidnapped?? Seriously? By who?

Bunch of cultists worshiping a damn kaiju, of all things. It was like a Halloween Hell special.

Yikes, that sounds pretty bad. Glad you were able to get out of it in one piece. Is that usually how it goes around here? We have to fight people and monsters?

It was fairly horrific, I'll give you that. But from what I can gather, the last couple missions were worse than normal?

So hopefully you won't have to experience THAT level of bs. Not all the time, anyway.

Haha, now you're just making me nervous. I've done my fair share of fighting before but giant monsters are on a whole new level. Guess I better find some time in between planning this to dust off my skills.

Haha, sorry! They do simulation training here on base though, so you can try that out to get a feel for what it'll be like. I highly recommend it - I'd look up the Imugi first, since we fought two but one got away. Bastard could come back to haunt us...

Sounds like you guys have really been through the wringer. First escaped monsters, now cultists...it feels like they didn't mention any of this in the briefing when I got here.

Yeah, not surprising. There's already so much information they have to throw at you. I had to go back and sit through the briefing again because I couldn't absorb it all the first time around.

Maybe I should do that too... Sure feels like going to school all over again and having to do homework.

Somehow it's pretty different from my one day at school. Though the circumstances aren't quite the same, I gotta admit. And the training simulations really are like being made to do homework...
