She’s looking a little resigned, somewhat downcast, but after a second of squaring her shoulders and mustering her chin up she finally decides to speak.]

Good evening.

With the recent surge of newcomers I felt it prudent to introduce myself in a way that would be accessible to everyone. I am Yui Shousetsu, from Everlight. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me for assistance on most matters.

[Now that she’s got that out of the way—]

I also would like to mention that I have begun a position as lead trainer at a martial arts dojo here in the city and the owner was kind enough to allow me to advertise its opening here. Of course we have the training arena for more robust battle simulations, but for those interested in sharpening your senses in a more rustic environment then please know we are always accepting new members.

[She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear.]

Bear in mind that on certain days we hold classes for children which is available on our calendar. If anyone is interested in volunteering or working part-time to assist in lessons then please feel free to notify me. It would be greatly appreciated.

... lastly, the owner has requested I include this message.

[As she pulls out a slip of paper from her sleeve.]

... "If you know what is good for you, you'll ditch the fancy schmancy gadgets and join our prestigious studio. Come with fire in your hearts so I can beat your ragged bodies until they shine like sharpened diamonds."

[Hmmmmmm... ok. Shousetsu lowers the paper and her head.]

Oh, what a fantastic statement from the dojo's owner!

Now, I don't believe that I would need lessons, but if anyone wants a real challenge, then it would be my honor to be their opponent! I will take you up on your offer!

Of course. After spending so long with weak Iori, I know very well how to hold myself back against the average human. I may not have required this sort of training in during my life, but I no longer see it as meaningless. Diligent training is a way to strengthen not only your body, but also your spirit.

[ that's what they were able to notice in their time with iori, who honed his skills like a blacksmith works on his blade. carefully, with an almost superhuman dedication. shousetsu's own lifestyle, though rigid in some ways, also served as proof of this.

Besides, I see no reason not to be enthusiastic. We have made a truce, have we not? Therefore, I believe this is a great way of working together without the dangers of the Waxing Moon Ritual hanging over our heads like an omen.

[Conversing with Saber lately is like interacting with an incredibly wary cat-- in the way one experiences the heightened anxiety of saying the wrong thing, making the wrong move. Even with their agreed truce there is a strange gnawing guilt that claws at her each time they speak... perhaps she ought to talk to them about that in the most transparent way possible.

It is rather amusing, to hear someone refer to Lord Iori as weak. That privilege belongs to only you, Saber.
