One commanding officer should be instated with sub-commanders for each team

But no one would volunteer for that role
And even if they did no one would follow that person's orders

And that's a good question. The problem is, business doesn't deal in cards like "honor". It's all about making enough to survive the day and then some, and trying not to get cheated by others who simply don't care about what happens. I won't admit I'm some shining star, here, but I try to make it fair where I can
