You do realize you are attempting to pilot a two tonne machine, yes? If the country let any random imbecile drive without ensuring they understand how to operate the vehicle and the laws of the road, there would be far too many casualties resulting from traffic collisions. Use your brain, you fool!

The test can't be too hard if so many people can drive.

Indeed, it should be fairly easy. While I cannot speak for this country's driving test, for the most part, you need only remember the meaning of various signs and line indicators, as well as understand right-of-way.
