I hope you have all had ample time to rest from the aftermath of the kaiju's attack. However, it is time to turn our attention to the future. We have been given an opportunity to decide our next step.

1: Stay in Seoul and assist the city.
2: Chase after the escaped Imugi.

I imagine opinions may be divided on this front, so I would like to open the forum for discussion. Please state your choice and provide thorough reasoning for your decision. You will not convince anyone with a half-baked argument. You may respond to any comment as you please, but remember to stay civil and do not resort to derogatory or inflammatory comments. Should you break this rule, I will revoke your comment permissions.

we just have to give our answers to LILITH and nobody else, but now you’ve gone ahead and open this up and give people something to fight about

what if someone is strongly against one decision or another? now they’re going to see who all cast a vote one way or another and think, “oh, those are the bastards that helped the decision in this way that i didn’t want”

And why shouldn't I care? In a group as small as this, I would prefer to understand every individual, as we will be working together on dangerous, life-threatening missions. If I cannot trust my colleagues, how can I hope for success?

Compensation for work done should be fair and proportionate, so I will not deny a desire to see it due, but it is not among my motivations. I simply desire to see the planet overcome its crisis and heal.

[ And yet, that's exactly how Ratio feels. He is concerned about the planet and wishes to help. He might be one of the most altruistic people the universe has borne witness to, even if he himself denies it. ]
