[ Soon after LILITH hands the decision to Outsiders, Ratio makes a post on the ocular network. ]

I hope you have all had ample time to rest from the aftermath of the kaiju's attack. However, it is time to turn our attention to the future. We have been given an opportunity to decide our next step.

1: Stay in Seoul and assist the city.
2: Chase after the escaped Imugi.

I imagine opinions may be divided on this front, so I would like to open the forum for discussion. Please state your choice and provide thorough reasoning for your decision. You will not convince anyone with a half-baked argument. You may respond to any comment as you please, but remember to stay civil and do not resort to derogatory or inflammatory comments. Should you break this rule, I will revoke your comment permissions.

It was not my intention to order people to participate. I have become quite accustomed to writing instructions for students.

[ Ratio's lips curl as the man reveals his choice. See, a discussion can go a long way to facilitating cooperation. He's not going to point that out, however. ]

Very well. However, it seems like quite a number of Outsiders feel otherwise. Given what you said prior, would you bear a grudge towards them should their choice prevail?

[ This post has already proven fruitful in understanding others, especially since he has never spoken to this man before. In time, he'll figure out who is likely to bear a grudge when voted against, and then he can formulate plans to handle them. Toji has nothing to worry about, really. ]

Compensation for work done should be fair and proportionate, so I will not deny a desire to see it due, but it is not among my motivations. I simply desire to see the planet overcome its crisis and heal.

[ And yet, that's exactly how Ratio feels. He is concerned about the planet and wishes to help. He might be one of the most altruistic people the universe has borne witness to, even if he himself denies it. ]

Any time spent wallowing in despair can be better used improving anything within one's power, be it yourself or a part of your environment.
