[ Soon after LILITH hands the decision to Outsiders, Ratio makes a post on the ocular network. ]
I hope you have all had ample time to rest from the aftermath of the kaiju's attack. However, it is time to turn our attention to the future. We have been given an opportunity to decide our next step.
I imagine opinions may be divided on this front, so I would like to open the forum for discussion. Please state your choice and provide thorough reasoning for your decision. You will not convince anyone with a half-baked argument. You may respond to any comment as you please, but remember to stay civil and do not resort to derogatory or inflammatory comments. Should you break this rule, I will revoke your comment permissions.
Keep in mind that your choice will have a grave effect on the people of this planet. It is not one to be made lightly, so do not treat it with levity.
You may use the form below to keep your comment clear and easy to read.
[ ooc: This is meant to be a mingle text log! Feel free to comment on each other's posts, yadda yadda go wild! Also the form is only a recommendation, feel free to disregard Ratio's instructions and annoy him. ]

1: Stay in Seoul and assist the city.
2: Chase after the escaped Imugi.

[ Ratio's lips curl as the man reveals his choice. See, a discussion can go a long way to facilitating cooperation. He's not going to point that out, however. ]
Would you care to share your reasoning?
[ He can hypothesize, by the way he's worded his messages, but irrevocable confirmation is always best. ]

no

I will keep that in mind.
Very well. However, it seems like quite a number of Outsiders feel otherwise. Given what you said prior, would you bear a grudge towards them should their choice prevail?

money is money
ive been given a choice so i had to make one

Then you are one less person to worry about when I open such discussions.
[ This post has already proven fruitful in understanding others, especially since he has never spoken to this man before. In time, he'll figure out who is likely to bear a grudge when voted against, and then he can formulate plans to handle them. Toji has nothing to worry about, really. ]

you just seem a little over zealous to help out, that's all
what's with that? are you pocketing some more under the table cash this way?
[ Toji is money motivated, so he thinks other people are too. He believes that over the fact this guy is actually concerned about what's going on in this place. ]

[ And yet, that's exactly how Ratio feels. He is concerned about the planet and wishes to help. He might be one of the most altruistic people the universe has borne witness to, even if he himself denies it. ]

to give so much of a damn
aren't you tired
[ don't you ever wanna just go apeshit? ]

Any time spent wallowing in despair can be better used improving anything within one's power, be it yourself or a part of your environment.
[ No. Well, maybe, but his version of going apeshit would be to furiously research until he passes out from exhaustion, probably. ]

that sounds like so much
whatever makes you happy, i guess
