I was among the first group brought here.

As far as I know. There were no other Outsiders here before our group arrived back in December.

I wouldn't know. I suppose however many their resources can sustain? Unless they plan to expand the base.

Maybe its the businessman in me, but I wonder how much it takes to bring one of us into this whole mess

It's a fair question. Resources aren't exactly plentiful, and the base has its issues holding the amount of people it already has. Back in January, we lost heat for several days. There have been power outages. Now our pay is being docked for supposed upgrades.

Why get more people in if they can't handle the people they DO have?

More people means more to fight against kaiju, I guess. We could use all the help we could get.

[So far they've been very lucky and everyone made it through the last two alive, even if he barely did. But how long will that last?]

I'm afraid you may be right, there. It's a miracle there were none among the Outsiders during these last two kaiju attacks. I pray our luck continues.

Say, just outta curiosity. How much do we know about this LILITH anyways?

Not a lot. You can speak with them, but they tend to be a little dodgy with detailed answers. Sometimes we get messages from LILITH members who won't even show their face.

Why do you think that is

No. I don't think it's that clear cut, either. We are here to defeat kaiju and keep the citizens safe, which we have been doing, and doing it rather well in my opinion.

Perhaps not all of LILITH's plans are the most noble, but as long as we're doing those two things, then I won't complain too much.
