VIDEO | @CHAINSMOKER

( this is what you wanted to be greeted with when opening the network, right? a woman sat on an unmade bed with her legs crossed ankle over knee, ashtray full on a bedside table, looking about as enthused as a rock as she's so very clearly scrolls through some searches. )

So, video games.

( great opening line. didn't even introduce herself. )

I get what they are from looking it up, but what's the point in some of these? PowerWash Simulator? Farming Simulator 56? American Truck Simulator? You could just go outside and do some of this.

( is she smoking inside her bedroom? also yes. sorry if that gets into the vents, redemption team. )

... I also need suggestions for games. And no, I don't have experience in it which means I don't have enough to make a preference with.

I never had much time for video games, but if I did I suppose I'd be more into the RPG genre.

Running around making friends and saving the world? Much easier in video game form than real life, even compared to something like Powerwash Simulator.

There are plenty of games that give you powers that would mostly be impossible in real life.

Sounds to me like a fun way to tell a story.

I suppose that could be part of the point, then; a way to help those who might have a harder time finishing a story by letting them feel like they're helping write it, so to speak.

That part exactly, yes.

In a video game, of course.
