video | @that's humerus
[In a picture perfect seiza, Yugamu waves politely to start the video.]
Hello, everyone! I've spoken to a few of you already, but I wanted to try and make a more professional first impression!
[Putting his hand down primly on his lap, and smiling brightly in a way that could not possibly prepare you for what he's about to say;]
My name is Yugamu Omokage, and while I'm a professional assassin, currently, my goal is to become a doctor! If anyone has any tips on how to best further my education, I'd love to hear it! That said, if any of you are personally offended by Dr Spim's conscientious bedside manner like Mr. Silco, I'm happy to provide an alternative, I have lots of hands on surgical experience!
[This absolutely needless shot at Silco is offered completely blithely like it's funny to him, rather than a genuine mean spirited critique of the man.]
The other thing I'd like to ask after is information about the kaiju. I know there's some on public record, but I'm curious to get more personal accounts, particularly if anyone else has tried taking them apart or tested any toxins on them!
In any case, I look forward to working with all of you! My previous monster killing experience was with people my age so I hope to learn a lot here.

I think that is obvious.
[ His tone says: was that a question????? He's so perplexed.
And we are skipping over the other statement. ]
I find that being the one who pays best is sufficient. Which you seem to be interested in — working for me —then?

[Just casually listing off torture like it's normal.]
Moreso because I like to keep busy, but I'm certainly not opposed to getting paid.

[ He thinks torture might be worse!
I mean he won't exactly avoid it either but that's beside the point. ]
I don't shortchange the people who work for me — so if you're going to help out, name your price.

[In the esoteric folds of Yugamu's odd brain, somehow his interest in torture and murder are completely separate.]
I know this isn't a good business move of me, but honestly I have no idea what to charge here. I can't imagine the value of the currency here is the same as it is in the TRC?

[ He thinks it's interesting, how many people have told him that death was the line they wouldn't cross, when so many other things weren't an issue. Tortue, ignoring the suffering left in the wake of any one action...
The blind spots were truly astounding.
Silco says, having many of his own. ]
I will be honest, I don't know what the value of your currency is.
Let's put it at twenty-five thousand kryptos a job, hm? Start there, and if your work is exemplary, we'll raise it to fifty.

That rate works for me!
[Just to get the business out of the way;]
But you understand, Mr. Silco! The beauty of the freedom that death can provide! That's why I'm not interested in offering that mercy to people who don't want or deserve it. With torture, the people that deserve it I can make miserable, but otherwise it can be... extremely... stimulating, if done right.
[Kinks Georg strikes again.]

Right.
Well, I prefer efficient results; sometimes elimination is the simplest path from one point to another. Not that I would discount the efficacy of torture at times.
[ What Appropriate Network Conversation. ]
I'll keep your limitations in mind. For when I'm contracting your work.

Right, right. But you can't get information from the dead, and that's something you trade in as well, isn't it? Plus, anyone I torture I can then tend their wounds as practice for my future career!
[Yugamu pitching BDSM + Aftercare but bad, here.]

Correct, it's all about the right tool for the right job, as it were. Sometimes, elimination is necessary. Sometimes information is.
[ the audio equivalent of a wave of his hand. ]
Far be it from me to discourage you if you want to also fix them up. Though when you are finally in your future career, don't forget about us little people hm? When we need patching up.
