For those who do not know, several Outsiders have vanished into rifts. The first was Ereshkigal, during the kaiju battle in Egypt. As far as I know, no contact has been established.

Since then, three other Outsiders have also vanished: Ratio, Godzilla, Tsurumaru. I have been investigating but coming up mostly short.

There were no witnesses for Ratio's disappearance, but Nyuu and Hayakawa have confirmed that a rift opened and took both Godzilla and Tsurumaru. Only they were taken, despite not being alone at the time.

I may have a clue as to who is next.

I do not wish to cause panic or alarm, and I am not sure what can be done to prevent anyone else from being taken. I will bring these findings to LILITH as well.

During the mission in Egypt, we were inserted into the dreams and memories of other Outsiders. I saw one of Ereshkigal's. In this memory, she was speaking with several other Outsiders. Seven to be exact. Among them were Ratio, Godzilla, and Tsurumaru.

The other four were Yzak, Hiyori, Kabru, and Silco.

Kabru is already gone, though his name is gone from the network, a glitch. Those taken by the rifts are still listed, but unable to be contacted.

I would encourage those others in then memory to not be alone until this is solved.

If you have any other information you would like to document in this post, please do. We need to share what we can in order to get to the bottom of this. I pray you all stay safe.

Plus, didn't you see what Dante posted? If this is the kaiju retaliating against those who have done the most fatal damage to their kin on past missions, you and Cagalli might be in danger, too!

It's good to be cautious but there's no need to get too worried about the specifics of the disappearances just yet.

But there could be a link, so if there is one we'll, at the very least, have some level of anticipation for what might happen.

And maybe cut it off at the pass if it's possible.

I'm just saying, whether it's related to what you're suggesting or Ereshkigal herself, we should expect more disappearances.

Unfortunately I appear to be connected to both options, so I don't like that.

Tsurumaru's never gotten recognition of the type Dante's proposing, so that leaves Raidou's theory as the most plausible one at the moment.

Where are you right now? I don't want you out of sight of another Outsider until we get this shit sorted.

Well, I appear to be in danger regardless of which theory seems more likely.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I can only hope we can prevent anyone else from vanishing.

Man, I really want to hope that you're wrong, but honestly the fact that it's just happening to us [as in, Outsiders,] and not random people all over the city is a pretty big clue in and of itself.

If we don't have a sure-fire way of preventing it, we need to at least get people better prepared for if it happens. Increase their chances of surviving long enough for us to get them out.

The victims do seem quite deliberately chosen.
I can't fathom what might be going on to someone of Ereshkigal's stature who's been inside the rift this long. We're dealing with a goddess and uncontrolled cosmic energy.
Anything is possible.

[Dearka switches to DM (and voice) because, while he's not really interested in taking sides, he's also not in the mood to give the pot-stirrers and Ereshkigal haters (AVENTURINE) (SILCO (who he doesn't know is missing yet)) an opening to be obnoxious.]

I hate to ask twice, but I gotta for my own peace of mind: you really think there's a good chance she might be behind this?

I don't want to place blame on anyone. We can't know for sure from this side of the rift what's going on.

But whatever is happening, it's too much if a coincidence to not put these clues together. The people who have since vanished seen to be picked deliberately.

[His voice is even and solemn as ever.]

[There's silence on the other end of the line. And then, hesitantly, the words tinged with a sort worry that's on a level of vulnerability Dearka rarely shows:]

She wouldn't though, right? Not unless...

[They know what rift poisoning can do to the mind. Maybe he was an idiot to be optimistic, when Taryon first made the announcement...]

[There's a quiet sigh on the other end, one the precedes thoughts Raidou doesn't like speaking aloud.]

Kaiju come out of the rifts, and wish to destroy humanity. Ereshkigal is a goddess of death.

[In other words: there's no way to know, and things aren't looking looking.]
