Hey. This is Dante. You've probably seen me around base, even if we haven't actually talked (trust me).
Since we've just had some new people arrive, I figured now would be as good a time as any to put this out there. I'm not sure if anyone would be interested, but one of my duties back home was to have one-to-one consultation sessions with the employees in our department (still is, technically). It's nothing too earth-shattering, just checking in and helping work through anything anyone needs to get off their shoulders, but I thought I'd offer since it seems to help us out and I know things here can get rough sometimes.
Oh, and there's no pressure to reply here if you'd rather have privacy. I've also got a sign-up sheet on my door (Revelation, room 006), if you'd rather set something up that way. Just make sure to show up at the time you pick.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

more saying that everyone I've met here has
wait hold on I just remembered something I can do to really make my point
[ it does take a minute, but. when the next message comes through, it's clear why. it's just also stupid. why did people teach him how to do this. ]

text that also doesn't describe them in any way shape or form either nope.]It's fine, really. I don't expect this to be easy. I probably don't even know half as many of the people here as you do. But...
I don't know. I don't even know if being a "nice guy" is the right way to put it.

[ He, uh, doesn't ask them. Tezcatlipoca just sees the most scrungly Outsiders and decides to make them work through whatever their issues are. That's just how he works. Case in point, in fact... ]
what makes you hesitate on calling yourself a nice guy?

[Honestly, they hadn't even thought about why.]
I guess it's because anyone can be "nice." Being polite and offering people something doesn't mean a whole lot in the end. I'm just doing what I can, that's all.

most people don't exactly give more than they have to. not saying that as a bad thing, it's just the way people are.
