As far as I recall, yes. An aversion to sunlight, a need for blood, and the rest of the vulnerabilities are give and take among all the breeds of vampire.

This will really hinder us if the next kaiju is diurnal and they are all not cured. Oh! Or if it has sun powers like Ra.

Hard to determine. I don't want to seem callous, but I haven't really paid too much attention on who turned and who didn't. So long as they don't sink their teeth into me without my permission, I couldn't care less what they are.
