I hope you have all had ample time to rest from the aftermath of the kaiju's attack. However, it is time to turn our attention to the future. We have been given an opportunity to decide our next step.

1: Stay in Seoul and assist the city.
2: Chase after the escaped Imugi.

I imagine opinions may be divided on this front, so I would like to open the forum for discussion. Please state your choice and provide thorough reasoning for your decision. i am the product of a human and a cursed spirit. this form is the shape this body took when i inhabited it. so, i suppose, yes to your question.

our sire was a cursed spirit of unknown origin, but our mother was human, and a prisoner of intellectual curiosity. the man who used her for this experiment somehow added his blood to the mix.

[ he's not a monster and he hasn't tried to hurt anyone. it isn't his fault he was born that way. kabru holds certain prejudices toward people who aren't human, but he can set them aside if he comes to understand them. ]

i am the eldest of ten siblings. do you have any? what was your family like?

Ten... [ that's so many. were they all experiments? he has so many questions now. ]

I don't have any siblings that I know of. [ unless his father remarried. the more logical conclusion is that even if he remarried, he and his new family are probably dead. ]

All I have is my adoptive mother.

Was I lonely ...? [ He certainly didn't expect to be asked that. Was he? He did have Rin, but it would have been nice to grow up amongst more people of his kind. As much as Milsiril made sure to shower him with attention, elves will always have some sort of patronizing attitude toward tall men, so it was hard to feel like an equal and build a connection that way. Maybe at times, it did feel lonely. But he also feels guilty when he thinks that way. ]

No, she was very good to me. And I had a friend who was a bit like a sister.

there is, in fact, a cat onsen within the city that plays home to some of the many feral cat colonies in neo-tokyo. the cats are not in the baths. there is no danger of cat hair.

but giving patronage to the onsen will ultimately lead to betterment of their feral little lives.
