[ Soon after LILITH hands the decision to Outsiders, Ratio makes a post on the ocular network. ]

I hope you have all had ample time to rest from the aftermath of the kaiju's attack. However, it is time to turn our attention to the future. We have been given an opportunity to decide our next step.

1: Stay in Seoul and assist the city.
2: Chase after the escaped Imugi.

I imagine opinions may be divided on this front, so I would like to open the forum for discussion. Please state your choice and provide thorough reasoning for your decision. You will not convince anyone with a half-baked argument. You may respond to any comment as you please, but remember to stay civil and do not resort to derogatory or inflammatory comments. Should you break this rule, I will revoke your comment permissions.

Keep in mind that your choice will have a grave effect on the people of this planet. It is not one to be made lightly, so do not treat it with levity.

You may use the form below to keep your comment clear and easy to read.

[ ooc: This is meant to be a mingle text log! Feel free to comment on each other's posts, yadda yadda go wild! Also the form is only a recommendation, feel free to disregard Ratio's instructions and annoy him. ]

quicker to just toss your thoughts out there without it. ease wins

but yeah, I am. me him and that guy Silco, we all had a stop before coming here. place called kenos. similar catastrophe that needed people from all over to solve it, just bigger scale. I wasn't there all that long, but the other two were there for way longer

planet ain't exactly the word for what it was, but for simplicity's sake? yeah

imagine an end of the world scenario kinda like this but rather than fighting together, you're fighting each other. that's pretty much the deal. two sides that had two different ideas about how to continue civilization

did both, technically. the place had been around for a real long time, so they'd established themselves decently well there over generations, but still not ideal. imagine a buncha islands just floating in space. could magically traverse them, but still limited by the chunk of land. big conflict between the two sides over the one that was farmland, for example

the people that got summoned were for the next steps. the pitch was that our worlds were destroyed, and there was some truth to that, pretty sure. so, you try and reset the clock and bring back those worlds? or you look to the future and try and make something new?

was on the latter team myself with silco. set was on the former. we're all buddies, but that was NOT the case for pretty much anyone else. lots of fighting. lots of death too. but hey death didn't really stick unless you were hardcore enough to crush someone's soul so wasn't so bad. I'll miss the free revives

exactly. not exactly middle ground between bringing back all worlds or creating a new one, since it was one or the other. so, nice, juicy conflict as a result

functionally, that could be about how it worked. other thing was that our souls became a physical object. nice, pretty gem that was embedded into ya somewhere. that's what you popped into the ground at a world tree kinda deal. definitely regrew a new body every time.

but it was the real deal, can tell you that. I can see a soul for what it is. no faking that
