[ Soon after LILITH hands the decision to Outsiders, Ratio makes a post on the ocular network. ]
I hope you have all had ample time to rest from the aftermath of the kaiju's attack. However, it is time to turn our attention to the future. We have been given an opportunity to decide our next step.
I imagine opinions may be divided on this front, so I would like to open the forum for discussion. Please state your choice and provide thorough reasoning for your decision. You will not convince anyone with a half-baked argument. You may respond to any comment as you please, but remember to stay civil and do not resort to derogatory or inflammatory comments. Should you break this rule, I will revoke your comment permissions.
Keep in mind that your choice will have a grave effect on the people of this planet. It is not one to be made lightly, so do not treat it with levity.
You may use the form below to keep your comment clear and easy to read.

1: Stay in Seoul and assist the city.
2: Chase after the escaped Imugi.

he wont stop being scrappy help
But unfair? I am just treating you the way I am observing you wish to be treated. It is not my fault you prefer to have your emotions appealed to like a dog that would exchange its loyalties for a good belly rub.
Say we help Seoul's people — what would be the return investment?
i'm in tears
I merely gave you what you desired. An opportunity to convince me of your beliefs. It is entirely your fault if your conviction failed to reach me. If I am a dog, then what does that make you when you are here begging for a scrap from the table?
Perhaps, whatever they are able to offer. Resources, their army, labor, currency... I would argue there could potentially be many things a nation can offer. Though, I am not interested in any of it.

What we HAVE are scraps, and in however many fights against kaiju... have of these people we are putting every effort into saving granted us any resources? Anything at all? I recall we had to hunt and feed ourselves. We are capable of it, but it is a waste. Why are you not interested in bettering your ability to accomplish this task?

who is he to argue with a man riddled with grand delusions... or so callisto thinks. if it makes it better, he didn't believe ereshkigal, either. ]
... and these "core values" of yours have never changed, either? There is a fine line between being adaptable, and... well, there's no use in telling you this. You are secure in your ideals, after all.
You say we have "scraps," and yet you would still have us give chase in these conditions? "Bettering your ability to accomplish this task." Then may I ask why you are so invested in these tasks to begin with? Are you not just using the kaiju to satiate your own desire for carnage?

Haa... You think there is no use. That is because mortals always think that ones held ideals are mutually exclusive with development and adaptation. Your lives are short, so you must stand firm in your own — lest you die unfulfilled and locked in existential crisis.
[ that's....... oddly generous of him to say about humans??? ]
Yes, I would choose to give chase.
That kaiju is pregnant, and will spawn an unknown number of offspring. Those offspring will return to ravage the world. If we do not have the audacity to push on and fight the creature now, choosing to spend time on Seoul instead, the threat to the entire world rises exponentially. We may be running on scraps and fumes, but having seen the prowess of Outsiders while split into two groups, I have no doubt that we can accomplish the task.

[ he doesn't believe in the illusion of living a happy or content life.
set's words sound a lot like words men tell themselves while at war. ... it's as odd feeling. ]
I cannot tell if you have too little faith, or too much of it. I would really love to take a gander at the inside of your mind, Sir Red. Are you that attached to this world already, or are you actually weak to the idea of being needed and operating out of a sense of duty?
