I'm well versed in mathematics and science, though you seem to have that thoroughly covered.
However, I can also offer humanities courses such as foreign languages, literature, and the arts.

( It kind of helps when you've traveled as much of the world as he has. )

Affirmative. Technically, my formal education ended when I was 12. ( Y'know, after orphaning himself. ) However, I've always been an avid reader, and spent much of my life traveling the world. Since, I've become fluent in six different languages and taught myself how to play piano.

( Which is to say, he's predominantly self-taught and completely insane. )

I confess, my experience in that department is limited, though that's not to say I have none.
So far, I've only taught two other people.
The first would be my protege, a woman I met on a mission in the Soviet bloc.
I took her on as my apprentice, and trained her in magecraft, as well as several languages.
She and I would exchange messages in different languages to work around our enemies.

( Being a polyglot is useful when you're traveling to various far off countries every couple of weeks. )

The second was my wife.
I was hired to represent her family in a war between mages.
She was quite sheltered, and had never ventured outside her family's castle, so I saw fit to educate her about the world.
Specifically in math, science, history, and literature.
She resides in this world, if you wish to speak with her.
