I've found myself with somewhat of a slow day today so I thought I'd take the opportunity to get a few of my questions answered.

Is there anything you particularly miss from your home? Or something that make it unique and different from any other place you've been? I doubt we'll get the chance to visit our homes for an extended period any time soon or else I'd just visit and see for myself. As it stands, I'll have to settle for the next best thing.

No need to reply if you're feeling shy but I really would appreciate any answers you're willing to give.

Oh, and before I forget. I received an image awhile back that I was unable to decipher on my own. If someone would be so kind as to explain the meaning behind it, I would be ever so grateful.

Yes. I am Yuji's Older Brother. Do you know him? Is he not exemplary??? [ the words seem a little bolder than before, somehow. just a trick of the, uh, brain, surely. surely. ]

He's definitely a good kid. Strong too. You must be very proud of him.

Without end. Yuji is an amazing young man and I am most blessed to be his brother.

Do you have siblings?

Plenty. I haven't spoken to them in quite some time though.

We drifted apart a long time ago. There's not much to miss now.

hard to say, but yuji is the best of us all. i just want to be worthy of his goodness.

From the sounds of things he cares for you quite a bit, and I have a hard time imagining him devoting his time and energy to people undeserving of it. So I'd say you're plenty worthy already.

i am half a curse and have existed for 150 years and may continue to exist for longer

How does one become half a curse?

barring third party means, you must be born one.

What exactly is a 'Curse' anyway? I don't think I ever asked.

a curse where i come from is born from the accumulated negative emotions of humanity. to put into context, middling to weaker curses are born from places like schools or hospitals. come curses are born from concepts, such as humanity's fear of natural disasters or diseases.

Wouldn't that mean that there are hundreds of curses out in the world, if they can be born from such simple things?

exactly so. innumerable. for as many humans there are in the world, surely there are as many curses to match. with exception, most curses are too small to pose active danger to the populace.

So they're a threat to humanity.

[ maybe this should be obvious, but it never hurts to confirm. ]

And yet you haven't been running around attacking people left and right.

i have no desire to. i have no need to. i am also only half a curse at worst.

Already more human that several of the people I've met already.

In that case, what is it that you do want to do?
