Not that I know of... The reason why it's fine for my our teammates to take considerable damage is because

are your teammates human or otherwise?

They're as human as can be, like me. Most of us back home are just ordinary people who are only living their lives. Some of them also happen to be a lot more powerful than the rest.

I almost forgot to mention that I used to work as a sailor. My experience at sea has helped a lot, especially in the recent kaiju mission.

what was it like, on the sea?

It was nightmarish. But that was par for the course in the City, so you have no choice but to get used to it in the long run.

I hear the oceans in other worlds aren't as terrible, though.

apparently pleasant in the summer. if you need company to go to the sea around here, i don't mind filling that roster.
