[ She's trying very hard to keep it all together. Not just for her own sake either. Lucy's emotions have been chaotic since early this morning and she's not sure how to handle it other than to cry.

Still, in the midst of hiccups, she stammers out. ]

G-Goji-san, he was- Kaede-san saw...uuuu...

[ No, she can't do it. She can't keep it together. She's crying again with a total lack of dignity and sobs leaving her lungs starved for air. ]

A rift. He pushed Kaede-san out of the way, and...

[She's seen some of the texts on the network, so she's not in the complete dark about it. Still, for it to happen to someone she knows...for the first time, it's as if there's a heavy weight sinking in her gut.]

How awful...sorry to hear that. [It's as much of a comfort as she can muster; awkward, but her tone comes out a little soft when she says it.] And Kaede? How is she faring?

Kaede-san is...sleeping. She's not taking it very well s-so...I'm going to keep watch for a while.

Hope she rests well...this month seems to be turning out dreadful for everyone.

Are you two in a safe place?

I think it's safe. It's a campsite .But Kaga-san and Cagalli-san are on the way to get me! So I shouldn't have anything to worry about.

[ Her relief is only partially forced. She has to stay positive! ]
