Hello. My name is Rin Tohsaka. Yesterday I travelled to the desert in an attempt to locate information that could assist LILITH with research about the kaiju. In my search, I found a large area the locals call Qattara, which is the site of research projects from before the kaiju started appearing. The area is now populated by several large sand crocodiles and the locals refuse to go near it. However as the site may contain information about what has happened with the kaiju attacks I wish to return to see if there is anything worth bringing back. A solo expedition would be incredibly dangerous so I'm hoping to find a few volunteers to go with me. Please let me know if you're interested.

[ there's a short pause and then: ]

Muramasa, you're coming with me. I don't want to hear any arguments.

correct. i'll lead the exploration team, and doctor ratio can lead the standby team.

You have experience leading ground teams, then?

but how hard could it be?

Depends. The more moving pieces, the more difficult it can be. How willing are the team members to take orders? Is there animosity between members?

The common goal is useful, but might not be enough for some to cooperate in the end.

i'm used to alliances not getting along.

i would hope everyone who volunteers will understand it's in everyone's best interest to at least be civil. the last thing we need is to get killed by those kaiju because people were too busy arguing.
