[Ah the seasons are changing, and even with the work on Kyoto to do? Donnie is getting restless, and really he needs something more to focus on. Something to keep him busy. So he's going to address the Outsiders with an inquiry.]

So, how many people use guns here? And how many of you don't know how to field or detail dress them?

[Donatello, you need to say why you're asking this.]

What I'm asking is well, I need something to keep my hands busy, so I am offering to do any dressing of guns for anyone who needs it done. Or doesn't want to do it themselves?

Also I've been helping around the current base, that's not exactly enough okay.

[He's glad Donnie doesn't seem to mind. He knows to some people it can come off condescending, or like they're being seen as untrustworthy. For Richele though it simply reminds him of guiding newbie Executors through training- which was something you always had to find the right balance for. If you helped too much, they never learned how to stand on their own- too little and they would struggle to stand at all.

The familiar kind of dynamic was soothing to him. Natural, easy to fall into.

Between the tinkering noises filling the room and Donnie's humming, Richele's drowsiness only gets worse, until eventually he succumbs to it- Drifting off where he was sitting criss-cross, back to the wall. His chin falling to rest on his sternum, and his breathing evening out.]

[Too focused on working with the gun to even notice that Richele has dozed off. At least not until Donnie is finished, all the parts wiped down and re-assembled perfectly. In fact the fact that he wasn't being given any instructions for parts he might not know?

Not noticed as well, as he stretches his arms out and wiggles his fingers. Getting some circulation back into them as he says;]

[Ah, now he sees why things got so quieter. What to do? If Raph was here he'd move Richele onto one of the futons and let the guy sleep, but Donnie is pretty sure he can't move the older man without waking him. Instead he's going to gently place the fixed gun into Richele's lap, hopefully not waking him in the process, and then grab a flat sheet off his futon and draping it over him.

Cause yeah, that's something his brothers would do. Seems like the right thing to do, before he goes about tidying up the tools and such.]

[Richele doesn't stir, not when his gun is gently placed on his lap, not when the blanket is put over him. And Donnie guessed right, normally he would- He doesn't normally sleep with others around, but he's so dead tired that his natural wary instincts are overrode by the need to actually rest.

The most Donnie gets is a grunt as he shifts slightly before settling again. None the wiser.]

[Its when Donnie is cleaning up that he stirs again- the excess noise finally pushing past the exhaustion and into his mind. He groans and shifts, blinking his eyes open heavily and flinching against the light in the room.

...where...?

The sits up straighter and the blanket falls off of him, and he blinks down at it blankly.]

[And Donnie is mid deninpoing the tools, changing them back into the items he used to make them. Which happens to be small stones. When he notices that Richele has awoken.]

Oh. I'm all done, you were asleep so I just put your gun in your lap since I didn't want to disturb you?
