Greetings everyone (edit: except Silco).
I come to ask for your shared wisdom following a disagreement I have had with one of our peers, Bakugล Katsuki. I am of the opinion that his unusual vocabulary, his aggressive predisposition and his unstable temper are a detriment to his social life. I have personally experienced difficulties communicating properly with him, seeing how all conversations quickly devolve into a purposeless rain of insulting words before any progress can be made.
When I said as much, he suggested the problem comes from myself. He accuses me of taking his words too literally and of behaving in too much of a maternal manner towards him. I admit it is a possibility we simply don't see eye to eye - however, I doubt his temper, poor choice of words and aggressiveness are limited to our interactions.
This is why I am asking for your wisdom and opinion, especially those familiar with Bakugo to - hopefully - help him see reason.
Thank you kindly!

just no blasting Eresh to kingdom come, okay? I'm sure she's regretting this whole thing already
no subject
SHE DID IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!
[literally posted it while they were sitting more or less next to each other in the library!]
no subject
[....okay, that's kinda hilariously passive-aggressive. He admires her gumption if nothing else.]
probably because she feared you'd destroy the place if she confronted you
no subject
[depends on what he's welcoming for though?]
she shouldn't have pissed me off in the first place!
no subject
[He could easily see Katsuki as someone who does intros to the training simulations, if nothing else.]
it's gonna happen, though, Katsuki. you need to learn to take some things in stride. not everybody's trying to get your goat
no subject
[Katsuki's definitely thinking more about welcoming here, rather than say, welcoming someone into his own hero agency. But yeah, he'd show someone the ropes on the training simulation, if they didn't crap themselves at the idea.]
she implied i didn't know how to fucking read. you wanna take that insult lying down?
no subject
[Hopefully he could manage the PR details of his own agency, at least. Not wanting to be responsible for newbies here is another matter entirely.]
really? that doesn't sound like her... normally she's super polite, sometimes to a fault. guess that's a decent reason to be pissed off in that case
no subject
[Granted, credit where it's due, she really commented on her surprise at him being a book person, buuut... Katsuki's temper and pride's a bitch.]
what the hell about me suggests i'm fucking illiterate?!
no subject
[Ah, that makes a hell of a lot more sense. Yato too would naturally assume that Katsuki is the sort who prefers actions over words, not that the two preferences can't coexist.]
mmmmaybe it's the yelling?
no subject
[He's also the kind who prefers a book in his room than sitting in a noisy crowd.]
huh?! a lot of smart people yell!
no subject
really? I thought it was all wise and everything to speak softly and carry a big stick or something
[Yato, quit pulling semi-relevant quotes out your ass...]
no subject
did you just pull that outta your ass or something?
no subject
maybe!
oh oh I got another one for ya! "in silence, deep wisdom resides"
no subject
this is coming from a guy who doesn't know when to shut his mouth.
no subject
ouch! called out!!
you know how to hit a guy where it hurts. no wonder you made Eresh cry
no subject
why's it MY fault she's crying?! she started this!
[maturity]
no subject
keep it up and I'm shoving you both into one of these
[attachment.jpg
The infamous "Our Get Along Shirt."]
no subject
ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION!!
[namely, how's this HIS fault]
no subject
because most likely this is exactly what happened: you and her were talking and you got all shouty!
[Honestly, if it weren't text, he'd be wondering how Katsuki hadn't lost his voice...]
no subject
what, you want me to smile and thank her for a fucking insult?
[A lifetime of vocal cord training and very good genes from his mom.]
no subject
no, I want you to take a deep breath and remember that she, like all of us, are capable of making mistakes. live and let live, y'know?
you guys were talking about reading, yeah? that means she's taken an interest in you and probably wants to be friends
[Certainly out of everyone here, Eresh has no ulterior motives.]
no subject
tch, shit way of showing it.
she's really spontaneous for a death god.
no subject
says the guy who yells even at the people he cares about, heh
just goes to show you that you can't judge based on first impressions
[He'd be pointedly staring if this were in person.]
no subject
this isn't the first time i've talked with her, Bakami.
shut up. i wouldn't yell if they didn't do stupid shit deserving it.
[Yes he would.]
no subject
huh. I'll hold you to that, then
[In other words, if he sees him spouting off over innocent stuff, he's calling him out on it.]
