Greetings everyone (edit: except Silco).
I come to ask for your shared wisdom following a disagreement I have had with one of our peers, Bakugō Katsuki. I am of the opinion that his unusual vocabulary, his aggressive predisposition and his unstable temper are a detriment to his social life. I have personally experienced difficulties communicating properly with him, seeing how all conversations quickly devolve into a purposeless rain of insulting words before any progress can be made.
When I said as much, he suggested the problem comes from myself. He accuses me of taking his words too literally and of behaving in too much of a maternal manner towards him. I admit it is a possibility we simply don't see eye to eye - however, I doubt his temper, poor choice of words and aggressiveness are limited to our interactions.
This is why I am asking for your wisdom and opinion, especially those familiar with Bakugo to - hopefully - help him see reason.
Thank you kindly!

@Destiny
The smart thing would be to stay the fuck out of the line of fire, but
this is Yato. He's never been one for dodging the hard truths. So he goes ahead and answers!]
Not sure his vocabulary is the problem... [At least he admits there's an issue?] I mean, it's the temper that seems to lead to explosions, both verbal and physical. But overall, he's really not so bad once you get to know him!
no subject
But this could lead to serious issues down the line.
If he doesn't work on it now, he could have problems later!
no subject
or we could ply him with a literal chill pill
[THAT'S A JOKE, HE'S KIDDING]
no subject
chill pills exist?
where can i find them?
[ The sudden lack of proper capitalization goes hand in hand with her breakdown as she's realizing what a mistake this was. She wants the chill pill for herself. ]
no subject
[................................................]
don't tell me you're actually gonna drug the kid, Eresh
no subject
what?
of course not
this is for myself!
no subject
I think people would take issue with that idea, heh
just don't beat yourself up over this, yeah? your heart was in the right place even if your head wasn't, and if he's mature enough, then Bakugo won't take it to heart
[The kid likes to claim he's not one, so they'll have to see if he can prove it by not blowing a gasket at this fiasco.]
no subject
i know i would take it to heart
[ And she's an actual adult...! ]
no subject
that should count for something
besides, we all know you're a big softie. he's made of sterner stuff
no subject
maybe
i still want to find a way to apologize
i didn't think of this well enough
no subject
"food, flowers, and fucking" are the three f's for reconciliation that I know of, but clearly the last one is out, so maybe make him a treat and get him a potted plant?
[Sorry for him, Eresh... He's a crude idiot.]
no subject
y
yato!!!
[ Will he ever learn?! ]
no subject
[He sees nothing wrong with this, so... perhaps not learning today.....]
no subject
[ Or is she making a mistake? W-What if she's harassing Yato like she did Bakugou with those words? ]
though maybe i am wrong
no subject
[Oh, Eresh... Sweet bean. Somebody needs confidence lessons, now.]
nah, you're probably right. it's just something that stuck out to me. guess it's not really a thing, then
no subject
don't accept what i said like that!
it's clear i can be wrong
and quite often at that
maybe i am the one ill-suited to socializing
[ She'll get better, don't worry. ]
no subject
being wrong once doesn't mean you can never be right again
just as Bakugo shouldn't yell all the time, you shouldn't doubt yourself at every turn
you're doing fine, I promise
[And he thought he was the high maintenance friend!]
no subject
i
right
i know
i think i need time to recover
sorry im not very good right now.
no subject
take your time and don't sweat it, alright?
you're a good person, Eresh. that's what matters, not your mistakes
no subject
thank you, yato
this
this warms my heart
you're a good person too
