( it comes as video at first. the image of someone kicking a chair over in the cafeteria, the sound of "THE HELL?!!!" being screeched at a pitch even dogs can hear. there's a bottle and a half-filled glass on a flat table nearby.

maybe he didn't mean to send that. maybe he did. either way, there's a text immediately after. )

[ hunter will soon show up..... with something in his hands. he is looking for izou ]

( he's not gonna wave him down, but he will be standing at least somewhat visible, arms crossed over his chest.

it's almost damning how the fluorescent lights of the lounge only seem to cascade over half his body from the side of the room. )

[ it takes him a few seconds to identify izou, squinting against the lights.... but his eyes glint with recognition, and hunter makes his way over. whatever's in his hands smells.... a bit tantalizing, to izou's nose ]

There you are.

[ giving izou the customary onceover to make sure he's not injured even though hunter looks like shit as always. rip ]

( it does. he hates how damn vibrant the world is with all these scents.

pulling him in, practically demanding his attention. he squints. )

Wh... Hold it. You better not have anything weird in there.

[ hunter himself has this distinct smell about him, very unhuman-like, he will notice. it's almost... earthy. ]

It's not weird. It's food you can eat.

[ and he holds it out to izou expectantly. grumpily. it smells like stew, but izou will be also be able to smell the tell-tale iron scent of blood as hunter is holding it out to him. yom yom ]
