Callisto looks to be a man on a mission, and Kabru had sensed his motive from the beginning. There was probably no way to maintain his dignity after all. Not from the prince's discerning eye and brazen willingness to barge into a room without invitation. ]

to be honest, maybe part of him thought kabru may have housed some sort of heinous secret. perhaps, even kept a lover tucked away in the confines of his room without permission from their temporary "employers," and yet it's almost comical to see that it's far from the case. though, don't get him wrong, it's definitely bad in its own way.
