If I had to say, both. Though, I think promises come a little more difficult.

Are you always so pessimistic? Not that I disagree with you, of course.

In that case, you only need to teach those who don't keep them a proper lesson. Don't you think the solution is always much easier than one initially believes?

Have you ever considered having others take care of it for you? Though, it's certainly not as freeing.
