I just have a question, does anyone have access to any fire resistant footwear?
Sandals or er, sneakers? Is that what they're called? Anything is fine.
Or if anyone has any suggestions on how to prevent surfaces from burning when I stand on them, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, it's not exactly the most pleasant place to be. But it's still my home.

Yes, I was. I don't really know the specifics of it, just that my father has it and so it was passed to me.
My home is essentially fireproof, you could say, so it's not something I had to worry about before arriving here.

It definitely seems like it. I'm likely not that much better compared to the rest.

It's quite a long story. My family and I didn't have the best relationship.

That's all right, I think someone said they'll be able to infuse magic into something to mitigate the damage done to the ground.
That was one of the suggestions, actually! Wrapping my feet in aluminum foil.

I've always wanted to learn more about the mortal realm.
This is where my mother is from, and part of my heritage, so I suppose in some ways this may have been a good thing.

I mean, there's no use in comparing yourself with other people here, tempting as it is to do that sometimes. LILITH must've seen something in you to help get the job done around here, and that's what matters.

I'd like to keep my hands free, but I could do it if I had to. I guess I was able to fight one-handed, so it'd be doable.

Oh, dear. That does sound very troublesome. I would think that the base, at least, would be all right to walk around in. It should be able to withstand something like that, right...?

For a long time, I didn't know where my mother was. She left after giving birth to me, and I was led to believe that the person who raised me was my mother.
After learning the truth, I'd attempted to find her. But as I'm bound to the Underworld, my time on the surface is limited.

[ zagreus is aware of it. he thinks there isn't much opportunities for megumi to feel good about things in general; just a hunch he gets from hanging around him for as long as he has. he's made it a goal to try and find out what the other boy likes. ]

They would've done better bringing anyone else from my realm, really. I may be part god, but I've no domain to call my own.
But you're right. I suppose I'll find out in the next mission.

Well, my father is the god of the Underworld and my mother is the goddess of verdure, but she was part mortal.
