Good morning to you all.

I am seeking to add more sparring and training partners to my daily regimen. While I am a swordsman and a marksman, I have no special abilities like many of you do. At least, none that work on kaiju. I would like to train against those who are stronger than I who uses such abilities. I want to be able to learn how to attack and defend against a plethora of different attacks in order to be ready for anything a kaiju may throw at us.

In return, if you are interested in sword or handgun training, I would be glad to show you the ropes.

I'm a well-experienced combatant and seek those who will not hold back.

I wouldn't say I recommend it, but I do not regret the healing upgrade. I've used it countless times and have been able to help so many people. Especially during this last mission. Just know that while the surgery is atrocious, there are plenty of people here now who have the same upgrades who can help you, should you ever decide to get one.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm an expert conversationalist either, but don't even worry about it. I'm sure we'll find something to talk about more once we've met up in person to train together.

I've been doing it since I was old enough to hold a sword. If there is anything in this world I'm completely confident in, it's this.

I get that feeling. I'm the same way when it comes to Duel Monsters--the cards I work with during kaiju missions here.

[He's been learning about the cards and playing the game since he was probably six, maybe? So its been with him all his life.]

Bakugo-kun had mentioned those to me at some point - he thought they sounded something similar to my own demons that accompany me in battle. Ones I can call when needed. You also arrived here without them?

Sort of. I arrived with the cards, but originally I didn't have my Duel Disk, which I needed to be able to actually use them in any way that could be useful in this place. Only recently did I get my Duel Disk back.

[Though, the spirits that were attached to his cards still haven't shown themselves.]

I see. I'm glad you were able to get them back. I am still without my demons, and I expect that to be the way things are going to be for me from here on out. I have, however, been able to form pacts similar to those I would have with demons back home with some here who are, shall we say, not fully human. It's worked well so far, but I'm not sure what the limits will be.

But what I've taken away from the whole experience is that I need to be able to stand on my own, knowing that I am no longer a summoner. That is why I wish to train more, and be better prepared for the next kaiju battle. To not be a liability.

Yeah, I understand that feeling. I don't want to be a liability here either, so I've been trying to learn more combat skills that can be considered useful alongside using my Duel Disk in this place.
