"Cosmic crane game" is part of it, I am sure. The universe is a very big place. I am sure if they had finer control over it, they would have picked someone more suited than I. Then again, I was among the first group brought here. Perhaps they were still fine tuning things.

In the hands of someone who is not a summoner, it would just be a normal sword. I went through years of training in order to become worthy of it, and wield it properly.
