Are they different from nightglasses?

Yea- Actually... I guess not?
Like if you think of it, these type of glasses help block light from your eyes. Right?
And some places can really get bright at night so you could use glasses if your eyes hurt!!! But I guess where I am from, folks mostly use them in the day so that's how they got their name.

They ARE good for training! They look really cool, too!
And of course, appearances are important, even in battle.
